Formerly known as EA Symposium, Enterprise Leadership is a unique conference designed exclusively for admins fully engaged at the executive level.
This role requires a special set of skills and competencies; such as negotiation, situational awareness, and change management; that can be enhanced for greater impact and increased effectiveness. It involves owning your personal executive identity not only by having a seat at the table, but by being an active participant.
Enterprise Leadership is two and a half unforgettable days like you've never experienced before:
Small-group sessions for customized, relevant learning
Real-time feedback from your peers to help find solutions to the challenges you are currently facing
Amazing content delivered by top-level trainers who understand the unique facets of the admin role
Invaluable networking with not only your peers but also attendees of Frontline Leadership
This is not your typical "sit, face forward, and soak" conference. Participation is required, and the payoff will be invaluable. However, there will be time for reflection and personal planning as well.
Enterprise Leadership is exclusively for those supporting a C-suite level executive(s) (or equivalent) or aspire to be and offers a limited number of spaces.
Interested parties must apply and be accepted to attend.
Make the commitment to participate in the professional development you want and need, ensuring you thrive in your career instead of survive in your job. It’s time to take your career to the next level - apply today!

Francisco A. Gónima
Francisco A. Gónima
Francisco A. Gónima is an experienced executive coach, community facilitator, and social sector strategist with a passion for supporting innovation and the leaders that dream it into being. Francisco’s own development as a leader came by way of a decade of service with the American Red Cross. His journey began as an Administrative Professional and eventually led to becoming a disaster management and leadership development “intra-preneur” for the organization in Colorado and then at their National Headquarters in Washington, DC. This provided a unique laboratory for Francisco to build his skills as a community builder and leadership coach. For the last eight years Francisco has grown a successful executive coaching, strategy and leadership development practice by applying his expertise, experience and innovative “whole-person” approach to empowering other leaders. As a public speaker on leadership in adversity he is a storyteller who brings together the importance of inspiration and big thinking with the necessity of clear planning and decisiveness to achieving the brightness of the future.
Francisco currently serves as the Collective Impact Coach for San Antonio’s Excel Beyond the Bell Out of School Time Coalition. He is a member of the Leadership San Antonio Class 39 cohort and is an active leader in the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Leadership Committee, the Rey Feo Consejo Educational Foundation and Co-Chairs the SA2020 Voter Turnout Working Group. He was the 2012 Lumina Foundation Coaching Fellow for San Antonio’s DiploMas Latino Student Success Partnership. In 2009 he was an American Marshall Memorial Fellow through the German Marshall Fund of the United States, a leadership/policy exchange program with the European Union for emerging leaders. He is the recipient of several national management excellence and diversity champion awards from American Red Cross. He holds a BA in Latin American Studies/Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
All attendees are entered into a drawing to win an exclusive breakfast with either Dr. Veronica Cochran or Al-Husein Madhany!
Dr. Veronica Chochran
Dr. Veronica Cochran
Dr. Veronica Cochran’s professional career began with a bachelor's degree in nursing. During this time, she discovered a love for both developing and delivering education and began to realize the powerful possibilities life presents and the importance of developing our fullest potential. After pursuing a master's degree in theology, and later receiving an honorary doctorate in divinity, she gained valuable experience from executive leadership programs as well as from serving in a variety of leadership roles. It’s a passion that she has the privilege of carrying on in her current role as CEO of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). She is inspired and motivated by the amazing professionals that comprise IAAP’s membership. Their courageous pursuit of personal and professional excellence amidst such role ambivalence is nothing short of heroic. In many instances they exemplify what it means to truly #LeadUp. The thought of what future possibilities exist for the admin world (both members of IAAP and members in the larger administrative profession) excites her. She believes that the community must keep moving forward—together!

We are not providing a specific agenda for each day of the conference, only start and end times. Why, you may ask? Because agendas give us comfort. They make us feel safe. They let us know what’s coming next and how to prepare. But when is your job, or even life, ever like that? Enterprise Leadership is about encouraging you to take risks and yes, even making you feel a little uncomfortable. Because that is where greatness happens.
You will spend 2 1/2 days deep diving into these areas:
